8-Day Gansu–Qinghai Loop Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Lanzhou or Xining

Meals: None Accommodation: Comfortable Hotel in Lanzhou or Xining Transport: Private Car Transfer Itinerary: Upon arrival in Lanzhou or Xining, your driver will meet you at the airport or train station and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city at your own pace. You may wish to sample local specialties such as hand-pulled beef noodles, roast lamb, and traditional local snacks.

Day 2: Lanzhou/Xining → Menyuan → Zhangye

Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Comfortable Hotel in Zhangye Transport: Air-conditioned Coach Itinerary: Travel toward Zhangye, passing through Menyuan, famous for its vast rapeseed flower fields (best viewed from July to August), and the scenic Qilian Grassland. Day 3: Zhangye → Jiayuguan → Dunhuang
