- Accommodation: 5 nights in locally rated 4-star standard hotels plus 1 night in a special boutique guesthouse
- Transportation: Premium extra-legroom tour coach throughout the trip, along with private airport or high-speed train station transfers in Changsha/Zhangjiajie. In case of limited vehicle availability, a standard coach will be arranged with at least 25% empty seats guaranteed
- Meals: The itinerary includes 5 breakfasts and 5 main meals
- Attractions: Admission tickets to all core attractions listed in the itinerary, as well as all required in-park transportation
- Guide Service: Professional English-speaking guide service throughout the trip and travel agency liability insurance
- Special Inclusions: Ticket to a large-scale Zhangjiajie folk performance and accompanied evening tour of Fenghuang Ancient Town

- Transportation to/from Changsha: International and domestic flights or train tickets to and from Changsha are not included
- Single Supplement: Single room accommodation is not guaranteed. Solo travelers or those unable to share a room will need to pay the applicable single supplement (based on actual rate)
- Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses outside the itinerary and optional activities within scenic areas
- Early Departure Fee: If you leave the tour early for personal reasons, an additional fee of approximately $75 per person will apply
- Refund Policy: Complimentary items and in-park transportation included in the itinerary are non-refundable if not used
- Other: Travel accident insurance (recommended to purchase independently), flight insurance, and any additional costs caused by force majeure
