12-Day Tibet & Mount Kailash Expedition Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Lhasa

Meals: None Accommodation: Lhasa Transport: Private transfer Itinerary: Arrive in Lhasa, meet at the airport or train station, and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Rest and acclimatize to the high altitude.

Day 2: Lhasa Cultural Exploration

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch Accommodation: Lhasa Transport: Air-conditioned coach Itinerary: Visit Potala Palace, the winter residence of the Dalai Lamas. Enjoy a Tibetan costume photoshoot, stroll along Barkhor Street, and watch the Princess Wencheng outdoor show in the evening.

Day 3: Lhasa → Yamdrok Lake → Shigatse

Day 4: Shigatse → Everest Base Camp
